Los Diablos Rojos's Doug Bermudez got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Cloyo in the 10th minute of play forced ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's goalkeeper Marek Gdowik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marek Gdowik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Cloyo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th match minute, Los Diablos Rojos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pastor Toro to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Jurand Wojtkiewicz hit a great ball. Aquilino Aguilera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kazimierz Miazga in the 20th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Doug Bermudez put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Marek Gdowik. Ignacio Tancredo took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marek Gdowik. Marek Gdowik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Los Diablos Rojos's Aquilino Aguilera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kazimierz Miazga in the 27th minute of play. A collision led to ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Dominik Brzonkala hit a great ball. After 31 minutes of play, Los Diablos Rojos's Doug Bermudez made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marek Gdowik was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 35th minute, Jurand Wojtkiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marek Gdowik came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Diablos Rojos's Doug Bermudez. But to his dismay, Doug Bermudez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The supporters of ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź booed when Los Diablos Rojos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Sidro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Norbert Gregorczyk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Aquilino Aguilera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Los Diablos Rojos were winning 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arkadiusz Zaworski was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź booed when Los Diablos Rojos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Sidro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute Doug Bermudez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Gdowik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute of the match, Doug Bermudez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marek Gdowik saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 64 minutes into the match, ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's goal looked a bit too open when Doug Bermudez came free, but Marek Gdowik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With splendid footwork Doug Bermudez arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-5 by the left pole in the game's 64th minute. João Adolfo Mota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Gdowik having to interfere. ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's Marek Gdowik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doug Bermudez in the 73rd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Doug Bermudez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marek Gdowik. ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Doug Bermudez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Maximo Cloyo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Marek Gdowik made a huge save. Marek Gdowik came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Los Diablos Rojos's João Adolfo Mota. But to his dismay, João Adolfo Mota quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. João Adolfo Mota could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Marek Gdowik made a huge save. In the 88th minute Doug Bermudez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Gdowik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marek Gdowik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Adolfo Mota in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Maximo Cloyo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Diablos Rojos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Los Diablos Rojos's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
