The audience thought a goal was coming when Samuel Bembe got free with Robustiano Nel in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristo Elivareo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelino Seber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the game, Samuel Bembe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barrialito AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olivos Futbol Club the free kick. After 15 played minutes Barrialito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Bembe. Jaime Garikoitz might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robustiano Nel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jaime Garikoitz ran back to his position shaking his head. Samuel Bembe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Barrialito AFC booed when Olivos Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelino Seber didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barrialito AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arturo Montrel in the 28th minute. Domingo Selatse tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Robustiano Nel. After a rather tough play, Olivos Futbol Club's Honorio Elodio got a free kick in the 70th minute. Angelino Seber might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristo Elivareo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Angelino Seber ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Barrialito AFC booed when Olivos Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Romano didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Osvaldo Oihan came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Barrialito AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldo Oihan couldn't finish the play. The Barrialito AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Olivos Futbol Club's performance. The match ended with a win for Olivos Futbol Club.
