Spectators: 7446 (Terracing: 5586, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ciriaco Vito started the match with the kick off. The throw-in from Cláudio Leite in the 3rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Barrilete Cósmico FC's Ceferino Dimo. Nuno Candeias made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Ciriaco Vito sent off a good shot on target. In the 6th minute, Maurício Meireles left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MEXACOMX fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some careless play in the Barrilete Cósmico FC defense, Marcelo Guerra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramiro Nicholas. The Barrilete Cósmico FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramiro Nicholas should have stopped the shot. Isidro Gentza hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Ceferino Dimo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 21 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Barrilete Cósmico FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! If Marcelo Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute Marcelo Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Nicholas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramiro Nicholas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurício Meireles in the 38th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Marcelo Guerra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcelo Guerra scored 0-6 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ramiro Nicholas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcelo Guerra to make the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Marcelo Guerra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MEXACOMX's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelo Guerra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ramiro Nicholas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The supporters of MEXACOMX booed when Barrilete Cósmico FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonides Restu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The goalkeeper, Ramiro Nicholas, was totally fooled by MEXACOMX's Alexandrino Junqueira, who 59 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Ramiro Nicholas came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by MEXACOMX's Marcelo Guerra. But to his dismay, Marcelo Guerra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. In the 70th minute, Marcelo Guerra made a precise shot to the right of Ramiro Nicholas. Barrilete Cósmico FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. Ramiro Nicholas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Guerra in the 74th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dimas Camargo during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th match minute, MEXACOMX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimas Camargo to maneuver through the defense. Ramiro Nicholas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maurício Meireles in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute, Marcelo Guerra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MEXACOMX fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. 82 minutes into the match, Barrilete Cósmico FC's goalkeeper Ramiro Nicholas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcelo Guerra. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Guerra in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramiro Nicholas saved Barrilete Cósmico FC from getting behind. Ramiro Nicholas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Guerra in the 89th minute of play. In the 92ndth minute of the game Marcelo Guerra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barrilete Cósmico FC's Ramiro Nicholas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Isidro Gentza kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Ramiro Nicholas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Guerra in the 94th minute of play. Ramiro Nicholas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Barrilete Cósmico FC's Ramiro Nicholas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Barrilete Cósmico FC from getting a goal against them.
