After some careless play in the Gunnarsbyn defense, Pablo Rufio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sören Termander. The Gunnarsbyn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sören Termander should have stopped the shot. 8 minutes into the game, Pablo Rufio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Sören Termander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marcos Montrel might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sören Termander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcos Montrel ran back to his position shaking his head. Arnoldo Avellaneda took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sören Termander. Sören Termander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Sören Termander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pablo Rufio went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Gunnarsbyn's Sören Termander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Avellaneda in the 25th minute of play. After 27 minutes of play, Piquirenda FC's Pablo Rufio made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sören Termander was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 32 played minutes Piquirenda FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Montrel. 35 minutes into the match, Marcos Montrel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sören Termander. Gunnarsbyn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcos Montrel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Sören Termander came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Piquirenda FC's Pablo Rufio. But to his dismay, Pablo Rufio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. Sören Termander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Rufio, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pablo Rufio made a kick off. Gunnarsbyn's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-8. In the 59th minute, Pablo Rufio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piquirenda FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-9. 63 minutes into the match, Gunnarsbyn's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Montrel came free, but Sören Termander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sören Termander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Satordi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pablo Rufio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sören Termander came out and tried to block the shot, but Pablo Rufio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-10 in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnoldo Avellaneda in the 72nd minute of play forced Gunnarsbyn's goalkeeper Sören Termander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sören Termander made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pablo Rufio in the 73rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pablo Rufio got free with Sören Termander in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sören Termander made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Marcos Montrel sent off a good shot on target. When Aldo Isias came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Piquirenda FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aldo Isias couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Gunnarsbyn defense, Pablo Rufio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sören Termander. The Gunnarsbyn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sören Termander should have stopped the shot. When Aldo Isias fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piquirenda FC's protests and gave Aldo Isias a yellow card for diving instead. Aldo Isias hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, Arnoldo Avellaneda notched a goal, 1-13, to the right of Gunnarsbyn's Sören Termander. Sören Termander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Arnoldo Avellaneda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Piquirenda FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnoldo Avellaneda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sören Termander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sören Termander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pablo Rufio went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-14 was the resulting score. When the match was over Piquirenda FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gunnarsbyn throughout the match.
