Sören Termander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belchior Conde, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Leif Söderberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Nuno Candeias made a huge save. If Luís Mexa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sören Termander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Belchior Conde in the 10th minute of play. After some careless play in the Gunnarsbyn defense, João Valadão kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sören Termander. The Gunnarsbyn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sören Termander should have stopped the shot. Gunnarsbyn's Sören Termander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Guerra in the 15th minute of play. After 17 minutes Gunnarsbyn's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alexandrino Junqueira who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Alexandrino Junqueira got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sören Termander quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belchior Conde in the 18th minute of play forced Gunnarsbyn's goalkeeper Sören Termander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urban Ahlberg's late challenge caught a MEXACOMX's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Urban Ahlberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th minute, Urban Ahlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sören Termander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Valadão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 played minutes Gunnarsbyn got a freekick which was hit by Arne Åkesson. Sören Termander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandrino Junqueira in the 23rd minute of play. In the 28th minute Marcelo Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Termander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Valadão scored 0-3 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sören Termander, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sören Termander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Guerra in the 38th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Gunnarsbyn's goal looked a bit too open when Belchior Conde came free, but Sören Termander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gunnarsbyn's Sören Termander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Valadão in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute Marcelo Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Termander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Belchior Conde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Gunnarsbyn players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. MEXACOMX were winning 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Per Stigsson was the one to do the kick off. After 56 minutes of play, MEXACOMX's Belchior Conde made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sören Termander was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gunnarsbyn's Sören Termander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Gunnarsbyn from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Gunnarsbyn getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Urban Ahlberg hit a great ball. MEXACOMX's Dimas Camargo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 61st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Sören Termander but with some difficulty. With a little luck, Gunnarsbyn's Sören Termander got control of the ball when Marcelo Guerra tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sören Termander was a little too slow when Marcelo Guerra got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 0-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcelo Guerra got free with Sören Termander in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 74th minute, MEXACOMX's Marcelo Guerra ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sören Termander. Sören Termander yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. In the 80th minute, Sven Bäck left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gunnarsbyn fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-8. Per Stigsson hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After 89 minutes of play Gunnarsbyn's Per Stigsson was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of MEXACOMX booed when Gunnarsbyn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Stigsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luís Mexa hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The Gunnarsbyn fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. MEXACOMX were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
