Vincente Biggs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erubiel Laurendi in the 11th minute of the match. After 13 minutes Baez FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gervasio Urtats who took care of the corner kick. Mosbius Designs's Gervasio Urtats was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vincente Biggs in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Vincente Biggs stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hermengildo Rafel's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Severino Taylor kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Romelio Pascual hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, Gervasio Urtats got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vincente Biggs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erubiel Laurendi, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 36th minute, Gervasio Urtats sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Baez FC's Vincente Biggs didn't even have to move. In the 38th minute Hermengildo Rafel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincente Biggs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vincente Biggs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermengildo Rafel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Baez FC booed when Mosbius Designs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermengildo Rafel didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hermengildo Rafel to make the kick off. Mosbius Designs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Baez FC the free kick.
