Adalberto Pinheiro charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adalberto Pinheiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Barrera 2.0 getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Adalberto Pinheiro hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Guldsmedshyttan IK's Christer Utter tried to score from far away in the 3rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jeff Waters's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jarl Andreasson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. When Cleiton Furtado fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Barrera 2.0's protests and gave Cleiton Furtado a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Guldsmedshyttan IK booed when FC Barrera 2.0 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cleiton Furtado didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Guldsmedshyttan IK getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Valentin Norberg hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeff Waters in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jarl Andreasson saved Guldsmedshyttan IK from getting behind. 27 minutes into the game, Jeff Waters was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Barrera 2.0's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guldsmedshyttan IK the free kick. A collision led to FC Barrera 2.0 getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Jeff Waters hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mats Berggren in the 29th minute of play forced FC Barrera 2.0's goalkeeper Thomás Travassos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Mats Groth kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Thomás Travassos. That made the score 1-1 in the 30 minute of play. In the 36th minute Valério Xavier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarl Andreasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Guldsmedshyttan IK's goal looked a bit too open when Valério Xavier came free, but Jarl Andreasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute FC Barrera 2.0 were awarded a corner. Gabriel Velasco went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led FC Barrera 2.0's Gabriel Velasco to fire away a dangerous shot which Jarl Andreasson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

FC Barrera 2.0's Thomás Travassos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mats Berggren in the 55th minute of play. Paulão Dias kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. During the 61st minute of the match Adalberto Pinheiro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Adalberto Pinheiro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 61 played minutes FC Barrera 2.0 got a freekick which was hit by Adalberto Pinheiro. Jeff Waters scored 1-2 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jarl Andreasson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Christer Utter kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. The supporters of Guldsmedshyttan IK booed when FC Barrera 2.0 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgílio Montenegro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Christer Utter came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Guldsmedshyttan IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christer Utter couldn't finish the play. 80 minutes into the match, FC Barrera 2.0's goal looked a bit too open when Mats Groth came free, but Thomás Travassos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 81 played minutes Guldsmedshyttan IK got a freekick which was hit by Viggo Wallengren. Gabriel Velasco was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 82nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Mats Berggren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Jeff Waters came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the FC Barrera 2.0 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeff Waters couldn't finish the play. Cleiton Furtado hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Karl-Ove Christoffersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomás Travassos having to interfere. Thomás Travassos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mats Groth, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Jeff Waters struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Jarl Andreasson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Barrera 2.0.
