Jarl Andreasson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Orlando Casanova's shot from short distance in the 2nd minute. After 4 played minutes Guldsmedshyttan IK got a freekick which was hit by Per Söderqwist. Jarl Andreasson made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Benicio Ferreccio sent off a good shot on target. After 6 played minutes Baez FC got a freekick which was hit by Benicio Ferreccio. In the 8thth minute Christer Utter easily got through Baez FC's defense and fired away a shot, but Vincente Biggs leaped left and performed a fabulous save. After 11 played minutes Guldsmedshyttan IK got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Norberg. Vincente Biggs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Norberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Vincente Biggs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Ove Christoffersson in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th match minute, Baez FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romelio Pascual to maneuver through the defense. Vincente Biggs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Norberg in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alf Ek in the 21st minute of play forced Baez FC's goalkeeper Vincente Biggs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute Mats Groth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincente Biggs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mats Groth in the 26th minute of play forced Baez FC's goalkeeper Vincente Biggs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Karl-Ove Christoffersson fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guldsmedshyttan IK's protests and gave Karl-Ove Christoffersson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Baez FC booed when Guldsmedshyttan IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Ove Christoffersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, Valentin Norberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 38th minute, Karl-Ove Christoffersson made a precise shot to the right of Vincente Biggs. Baez FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 45 minutes into the match, Guldsmedshyttan IK's goalkeeper Jarl Andreasson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Belmiro Urtubia. In the 46th match minute, Baez FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benicio Ferreccio to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mats Groth to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Baez FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pepe Ustariz to maneuver through the defense. 53 minutes into the match, Baez FC's goalkeeper Vincente Biggs had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christer Utter. The crowd rose to their feet as Karl-Ove Christoffersson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vincente Biggs. That made the score 1-3 in the 60 minute of play. In the 64th minute, Per Söderqwist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Belmiro Urtubia came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Baez FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Belmiro Urtubia couldn't finish the play. In the 68th minute, Mats Groth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benicio Ferreccio's late challenge caught a Guldsmedshyttan IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benicio Ferreccio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th match minute, Baez FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benicio Ferreccio to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the match, Orlando Casanova notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Guldsmedshyttan IK's Jarl Andreasson. Jarl Andreasson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vincente Biggs stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mats Groth's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Baez FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mats Berggren came free, but Vincente Biggs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benicio Ferreccio kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Guldsmedshyttan IK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
