The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nusrettin Tuğkan got free with Remo Amaral in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves Korhan Balıkçıoğlu could shoot a difficult shot in the 23rd minute, which Remo Amaral however easily saved by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in ✪ XV de Umarizal's zone, Zekeriya Ulubay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remo Amaral came out of the goal and Zekeriya Ulubay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gökcan Özakan made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, ✪ XV de Umarizal's goal looked a bit too open when Gökcan Özakan came free, but Remo Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kültepe Spor Kulübü's Rüknettin Demirbaş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Nestor in the 56th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Lucas Moura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rüknettin Demirbaş was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Gökcan Özakan took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Remo Amaral. The audience was convinced that James Rodrigues's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rüknettin Demirbaş was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. In the 67th match minute, Kültepe Spor Kulübü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şerif Sabahaddin to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the game, Zekeriya Ulubay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Remo Amaral was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abdulbaki Aktaş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84th match minute, ✪ XV de Umarizal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiago Gabriel Mineiro to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute Gökcan Özakan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remo Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 92 minutes, Doğa Ustam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kültepe Spor Kulübü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Doğa Ustam was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 94 minutes into the game, Kültepe Spor Kulübü's Zekeriya Ulubay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Remo Amaral made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. Kültepe Spor Kulübü were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
