Silban Bonifaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 3 minutes, Lugo Saavedra made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Pogoń Staszów's Waldemar Dulka tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pogoń Staszów fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 8th minute. Penalty! After a rather tough play, Pogoń Staszów's Wieslaw Rutkowski got a free kick in the 21st minute. After having played for 29 minutes, Weterio Caceo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Bucaramanga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Weterio Caceo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 30 minutes in the game, Hulberto Arango fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Waldemar Dulka having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Atlético Bucaramanga's Silban Bonifaz got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 33rd match minute, Atlético Bucaramanga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elixio Garros to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the match, Pogoń Staszów's goal looked a bit too open when Lugo Saavedra came free, but Waldemar Dulka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute, Nabucodonosor Segundo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Waldemar Dulka. The goal made the score 5-0. Waldemar Dulka was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Hulberto Arango capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hulberto Arango really showed his touch with that goal: 6-0. Lugo Saavedra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Pogoń Staszów's goal looked a bit too open when Sherman Cardenas came free, but Waldemar Dulka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Pogoń Staszów's Waldemar Dulka got control of the ball when Weterio Caceo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silban Bonifaz got free with Waldemar Dulka in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lugo Saavedra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Atlético Bucaramanga's Lugo Saavedra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Waldemar Dulka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. In the 57th minute, Weterio Caceo made a precise shot to the right of Waldemar Dulka. Pogoń Staszów's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. In the 60th minute Silban Bonifaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldemar Dulka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62ndth minute of the game Lugo Saavedra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pogoń Staszów's Waldemar Dulka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lugo Saavedra in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Waldemar Dulka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Weterio Caceo during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Pogoń Staszów booed when Atlético Bucaramanga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Weterio Caceo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 70 minutes of play, Atlético Bucaramanga's Lugo Saavedra made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Waldemar Dulka was left in no man's land by his defense there! 73 minutes into the game, Atlético Bucaramanga's Weterio Caceo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Waldemar Dulka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. 79 minutes into the game, Silban Bonifaz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 12-0. Waldemar Dulka was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Waldemar Dulka didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Weterio Caceo went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 13-0 was the resulting score. 86 minutes into the match, Silban Bonifaz notched a goal, 14-0, to the right of Pogoń Staszów's Waldemar Dulka. Waldemar Dulka was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th minute, Weterio Caceo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético Bucaramanga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 15-0. In the 93rd minute, Silban Bonifaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Atlético Bucaramanga fully deserved thier win.
