Constantijn Bracke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from James Rodrigues in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of ✪ XV de Umarizal booed when Minion Mim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mattias Valckeners didn't get a good kick on the ball. Minion Mim's Constantijn Bracke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Minion Mim from getting a goal against them. If Lucas Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remo Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernst Herinckx, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Remo Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jochen De Muysere, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The crowd rose to their feet as Minion Mim's Ernst Herinckx slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Remo Amaral. That made the score 1-5 after 52 minutes of play. If Mattijs De Worteleer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodrigo Nestor took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Constantijn Bracke. Constantijn Bracke dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. Constantijn Bracke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Moura in the 63rd minute of the match. After 64 played minutes Minion Mim got a freekick which was hit by Michel Reijckmans. In the 67th minute, Minion Mim's Ernst Herinckx ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Remo Amaral. Remo Amaral yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-6. With his leg Remo Amaral managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Minion Mim's Ernst Herinckx fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Minion Mim's Constantijn Bracke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Moura in the 74th minute of play. In the 77th minute of the match Roque Gartzen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Remo Amaral skillfully saved the ball. ✪ XV de Umarizal were furious when Alan Messias was red carded, 80 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of ✪ XV de Umarizal:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Minion Mim:s goal. Remo Amaral had in the 81stth minute some difficulties stopping Roque Gartzen's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball Eduardo Motta's late challenge caught a Minion Mim's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eduardo Motta helped the player get up and apologised. Eduardo Motta hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. When Jochen De Muysere came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Minion Mim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jochen De Muysere couldn't finish the play. Remo Amaral didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernst Herinckx went, in the 98th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-8 was the resulting score. When the final whistle sounded Minion Mim left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ✪ XV de Umarizal.
