The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The TAQUARI FC fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when TAQUARI FC's Luís Paulo França looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to TAQUARI FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Adalberto Damião hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the game, one of Ralles Bollklubb:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Kristian Odén came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by TAQUARI FC's Philipp Lahn. But to his dismay, Philipp Lahn quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 24th match minute, Ralles Bollklubb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johannes Ahlquist to maneuver through the defense. Ralles Bollklubb were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after TAQUARI FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Magne Blomqvist took the corner. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Philipp Lahn during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luís Paulo França was the one to do the kick off. When Rasmus Ferdinand fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ralles Bollklubb's protests and gave Rasmus Ferdinand a yellow card for diving instead. TAQUARI FC's Karl Österberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save TAQUARI FC from getting a goal against them. In the 73rd minute Luís Paulo França shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Odén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kristian Odén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Paulo França in the 80th minute of the match. After having played for 87 minutes, Luís Paulo França managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TAQUARI FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luís Paulo França was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, TAQUARI FC's Gaxan Vallejoller got a free kick in the 94th minute. Adalberto Damião hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. TAQUARI FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ralles Bollklubb for a fine match.
