In the 4th minute, Soni Féron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Weverton Pras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Paulo França in the 5th minute of the match. In the 6th minute of the match TAQUARI FC got a corner. Leon Sport Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zézinho Freire ran over to the corner to take the kick. At last the ball reached Yoel Alfaro at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Leon Sport Club. 0-1. Leon Sport Club's Weverton Pras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Paulo França in the 10th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Luís Paulo França's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Weverton Pras was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Weverton Pras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Paulo França in the 14th minute of play. Luís Paulo França sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Weverton Pras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Paulo França, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After some careless play in the Leon Sport Club defense, Luís Paulo França kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Weverton Pras. The Leon Sport Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Weverton Pras should have stopped the shot. Weverton Pras came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by TAQUARI FC's Luís Paulo França. But to his dismay, Luís Paulo França quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 37th minute Luís Paulo França shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Weverton Pras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Luís Paulo França left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TAQUARI FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After a rather tough play, Leon Sport Club's Inácio Rosado got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Weverton Pras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Paulo França, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When Adalberto Damião fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TAQUARI FC's protests and gave Adalberto Damião a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to TAQUARI FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Adalberto Damião hit a great ball. In the 57th minute Luís Paulo França shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Weverton Pras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Luís Paulo França had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to TAQUARI FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Gaxan Vallejoller hit a great ball. Davi Alexandridis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Österberg having to interfere. 69 minutes into the game, Luís Paulo França cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Weverton Pras was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Karl Österberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ian Queirós in the 75th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the game, Luís Paulo França recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Weverton Pras. Luís Paulo França showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Philipp Lahn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raí Botelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karl Österberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raí Botelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Weverton Pras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Paulo França, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Leon Sport Club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching TAQUARI FC's performance. The match ended with a win for TAQUARI FC.
