In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind KINROAD's goalkeeper Urbano Iliana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. KINROAD's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Martin Sedeni in the 28th minute. The corner ended in Martin Sedeni almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but TAQUARI FC's Karl Österberg did a great save. Urbano Iliana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Paulo França's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. TAQUARI FC's Karl Österberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save TAQUARI FC from getting a goal against them. In the 37th minute of the match KINROAD got a corner. TAQUARI FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Martin Sedeni ran over to the corner to take the kick. KINROAD's Martin Sedeni was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Karl Österberg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 38 minutes into the game, Luís Paulo França cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Urbano Iliana was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to KINROAD getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Isaias Vellito hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute of the match Adalberto Damião sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Urbano Iliana skillfully saved the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Dionisio Tono in the 44th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by TAQUARI FC's Gaxan Vallejoller.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luís Paulo França to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, TAQUARI FC's Murillo Perez got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Luís Paulo França struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Urbano Iliana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TAQUARI FC. The supporters of TAQUARI FC booed when KINROAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Felo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martin Sedeni hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Zézinho Freire recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute, Adalberto Damião hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the KINROAD defense, Luís Paulo França kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Urbano Iliana. The KINROAD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Urbano Iliana should have stopped the shot. Philipp Lahn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Iliana having to interfere. After having played for 93 minutes, Luís Paulo França managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TAQUARI FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luís Paulo França was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Philipp Lahn took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Urbano Iliana. Urbano Iliana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The TAQUARI FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing TAQUARI FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
