Spectators: 7365 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 130) 5 minutes into the match, San Fernando Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Wágner Fox came free, but Victorio Ado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Raimundo Coutinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victorio Ado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Josué Eagles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Valdemar Quadros made a huge save. In the 15th minute, Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Josué Eagles fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. San Fernando Eagles's Victorio Ado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wágner Fox in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st match minute, Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimundo Coutinho to maneuver through the defense. When Vicente Sol fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Fernando Eagles's protests and gave Vicente Sol a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th match minute, San Fernando Eagles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Sol to maneuver through the defense. Josué Eagles's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Valdemar Quadros firmly grabbed it by the left post. San Fernando Eagles's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Domingo Peron in the 28th minute. Domingo Peron made a great header on San Fernando Eagles's corner, it was just that Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Valdemar Quadros managed to reach the ball for a save. After 30 played minutes San Fernando Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Ayala. In the 33rd minute, Sílvio Ramalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sílvio Ramalho hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Valdemar Quadros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Josué Eagles in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Valdemar Quadros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Josué Eagles. 44 minutes into the game, Josué Eagles recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Valdemar Quadros. Josué Eagles showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After a rather tough play, San Fernando Eagles's Vicente Sol got a free kick in the 47th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Josué Eagles in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valdemar Quadros saved Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- from getting behind. 52 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Lartaun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Fernando Eagles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- the free kick. In the 53rd match minute, San Fernando Eagles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Lartaun to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casimiro Ayala in the 57th minute of play forced Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Valdemar Quadros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valdemar Quadros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Casimiro Ayala went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Marcus Soares got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute of the match Domingo Peron shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valdemar Quadros showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Valdemar Quadros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Ayala in the 64th minute of play. Joaquim de Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Valdemar Quadros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Peron, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Raimundo Coutinho's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Victorio Ado firmly grabbed it by the left post. Sílvio Ramalho kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Valdemar Quadros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Ayala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valdemar Quadros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josué Eagles in the 76th minute of play. Domingo Peron took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Valdemar Quadros. Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Victorio Ado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raimundo Coutinho in the 80th minute. After 83 played minutes San Fernando Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Lartaun. Raimundo Coutinho came free with the goalkeeper in the 91st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Victorio Ado could save by the left post. Victorio Ado came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Sílvio Ramalho. But to his dismay, Sílvio Ramalho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Raimundo Coutinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
