Spectators: 7441 (Terracing: 5582, Seating: 1711, VIP seats: 148) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Timoteo Rioja started the match with the kick off. Nicanor Romelio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lino Meira went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Timoteo Rioja got free with Hakim Frémont in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Moises Galindo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicanor Romelio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Meira, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Timoteo Riojas short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Hakim Frémont to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Hakim Frémont made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Rioja in the 32nd minute of play. When Timoteo Rioja came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Tecka Viejo Nomás fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timoteo Rioja couldn't finish the play. Marcel Vieira hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Paulopolis's Lino Meira got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Paulopolis's Hakim Frémont got control of the ball when Moises Galindo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lino Meira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lino Meira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Romelio having to interfere. Nicanor Romelio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcel Vieira went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Tecka Viejo Nomás's Nicanor Romelio got control of the ball when Lino Meira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Egídio Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Tecka Viejo Nomás's Justo Txindoki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hakim Frémont narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hudson Vargas hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tecka Viejo Nomás's goalkeeper Nicanor Romelio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Lino Meira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lino Meira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicanor Romelio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Tecka Viejo Nomás's Nicanor Romelio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Tecka Viejo Nomás from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lino Meira in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicanor Romelio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 92 played minutes Tecka Viejo Nomás got a freekick which was hit by Leo Lastur. Paulopolis's Marcel Vieira got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lino Meiras short, quick shot in the 98thth minute got Nicanor Romelio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Paulopolis eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
