LOS MENTI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ioan Tăgorean was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, FC U Cluj-N's Romeo Ţăranu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teodosio Isauro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gigel Runcu kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Tiberiu Udrescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Juvenal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 16th play minutes Teodosio Oinaz shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Tiberiu Udrescu and just under the crossbar into goal. Tiberiu Udrescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Barbosa in the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Oinaz in the 21st minute of play forced FC U Cluj-N's goalkeeper Tiberiu Udrescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, FC U Cluj-N's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Oinaz came free, but Tiberiu Udrescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Teodosio Oinaz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Tiberiu Udrescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 27 minutes of play, LOS MENTI's Teodosio Oinaz made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tiberiu Udrescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 31st minute, Teodosio Oinaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 34 played minutes Victor Chindriș rounded LOS MENTI's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-3. In the 40th minute, Teodosio Oinaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 42nd minute, Omar Cuartio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LOS MENTI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. When Mihăiţă Hrandabur fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC U Cluj-N's protests and gave Mihăiţă Hrandabur a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th minute, Mihăiţă Hrandabur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute, Everardo Tavio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC U Cluj-N's Tiberiu Udrescu didn't even have to move. Disappointed in the 2-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Teodosio Oinaz made the kick off in the second half. Avram Bungeanu hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. FC U Cluj-N's Tiberiu Udrescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save FC U Cluj-N from getting a goal against them. Tiberiu Udrescu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 56th minute, which inside left pole to 2-5. In the 58th minute, Romeo Ţăranu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 63 minutes into the match, FC U Cluj-N's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Barbosa came free, but Tiberiu Udrescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 66 played minutes FC U Cluj-N got a freekick which was hit by Ioan Tăgorean. In the 68th minute Victor Chindriș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Isauro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Victor Chindriș left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC U Cluj-N fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-5. Teodosio Isauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ioan Tăgorean in the 83rd minute of play. Omar Cuartios short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Tiberiu Udrescu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mihăiţă Hrandabur hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, LOS MENTI's Everardo Tavio tried to score from far away in the 89th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 91 minutes into the game, Omar Cuartio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-6. Tiberiu Udrescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. LOS MENTI's Everardo Tavio couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 96th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC U Cluj-N. LOS MENTI's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
