Sheep United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ATE AFC the free kick. In the 13th minute, Aad van Zonderen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Sebastian Abreu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erik Kolman. Sheep United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastian Abreu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The supporters of Sheep United booed when ATE AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Abreu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sheep United's Douwe Gentenaar was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Victorio Quico in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 25th minute Sheep United were awarded a corner. Douwe Gentenaar went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 27th minute, ATE AFC's Sebastian Abreu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. In the 31st match minute, ATE AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cecilio Salomone to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the match, Sheep United's goalkeeper Erik Kolman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eusebio Mano. After 35 played minutes Sheep United got a freekick which was hit by Michael Mol. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aad van Zonderen to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Aad van Zonderen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sheep United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aad van Zonderen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erik Kolman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastian Abreu went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 58th minute Eusebio Mano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Kolman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Eusebio Mano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erik Kolman was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Sheep United's Erik Kolman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricky Dacio in the 62nd minute of play. Erik Kolman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebio Mano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 63 played minutes Sheep United got a freekick which was hit by Michael Mol. 71 minutes into the match, Ricky Dacio notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Sheep United's Erik Kolman. Erik Kolman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sebastian Abreu kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, ATE AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Douwe Gentenaar came free, but Victorio Quico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ATE AFC's Ricky Dacio got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erik Kolman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Mano, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 84th minute Eusebio Mano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Kolman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 86 minutes, Vincent Borker mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sheep United and the ATE AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 91 minutes into the game, Tobias Wijgaert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ATE AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sheep United the free kick. Eusebio Mano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
