Đuro Brezović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Corte-Real in the 23rd minute of play. Đuro Brezović was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Traian Hăvârneanu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Antonio Mariano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Leandro Barcelos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Conscio FC's Aurelio De Francesco quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jaime Espinosa, made in the 57th minute of the game. Enrico Mammarella recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When VB-Team's Jaime Corte-Real in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Conscio FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 69th minute of the match Ciccio Gelsomini sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leandro Barcelos skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Corte-Real in the 70th minute of play forced Conscio FC's goalkeeper Đuro Brezović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Đuro Brezović was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 94th minute, Traian Hăvârneanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Đuro Brezović was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. When the referee ended the match the VB-Team players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
