To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 6th match minute, 辽宁国际队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 叶飞锋 to maneuver through the defense. Saga TF's Jan-Aage Nyvoll couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 7th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for 辽宁国际队. Bjørn Mæhlum stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 潘凡旭's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute, 辽宁国际队's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Stian Bjørkmo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When 齐奕景 fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 辽宁国际队's protests and gave 齐奕景 a yellow card for diving instead. After 15 played minutes 辽宁国际队 got a freekick which was hit by 齐奕景. Stian Bjørkmo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but 麦迅霖 made a huge save. 叶飞锋 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bjørn Mæhlum having to interfere. Bjørn Mæhlum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 潘凡旭 in the 21st minute of play. In the 24th minute, 潘凡旭 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 辽宁国际队 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 34th minute, Aleksander Ødegården hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 35 minutes, 赵峰默 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 辽宁国际队's supporters crossed their fingers, but 赵峰默 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Saga TF's goal looked a bit too open when 潘凡旭 came free, but Bjørn Mæhlum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 played minutes Saga TF got a freekick which was hit by Carl-Rune Johanson. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 潘凡旭 in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bjørn Mæhlum saved Saga TF from getting behind. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

潘凡旭 might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bjørn Mæhlum. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 潘凡旭 ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 56th minute of the match, 潘凡旭 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bjørn Mæhlum saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 麦迅霖 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stian Bjørkmo in the 58th minute of the match. After 64 played minutes 辽宁国际队 got a freekick which was hit by 潘凡旭. An unexpectedly hard shot by 谢松冰 in the 68th minute of play forced Saga TF's goalkeeper Bjørn Mæhlum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, 谢松冰 took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Bjørn Mæhlum to make any attempt to save it. When Saga TF's Stian Bjørkmo in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Saga TF's Bjørn Mæhlum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 张烨瑜 in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Stian Bjørkmo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bjørn Mæhlum was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 叶飞锋 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 90 minute of play. The supporters of Saga TF booed when 辽宁国际队 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. 张烨瑜 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 辽宁国际队's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
