Templars FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 26th minute, Austin Gatt made a precise shot to the right of Caroll Mårtensson. If Oliver Friggieri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 47 played minutes Buksvinens IF got a freekick which was hit by Edward Tinglöv.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Austin Gatt to make the kick off. Caroll Mårtensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquin Phoenix in the 89th minute of the match. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Buksvinens IF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Benedict Cumberbatch was slow to take the kick. During this time Templars FC's players had a chance to rest. If Austin Gatt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
