That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. After 9 minutes, Dionisio Santiago mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Candelaria FC and the lןןl La Coconeta players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dionisio Santiago kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Gerardo Esdras's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Peli was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. In the 12th minute Benigno Orlanda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Peli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15thth minute of the game Gerardo Esdras who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Candelaria FC's Marco Peli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Candelaria FC's Marco Peli got control of the ball when Bartolo Irrintzi tried to sneak it across the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Candelaria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gerardo Esdras came free, but Marco Peli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Froilan Isadore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cosme Montay got a throw-in 28 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Benigno Orlanda. Gerardo Esdras received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marco Peli came out and tried to block the shot, but Gerardo Esdras slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 37th minute. Froilan Isadore's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Marco Peli skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Marco Peli was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Gerardo Esdras capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gerardo Esdras really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Thanks to some nice moves Gerardo Esdras could shoot a difficult shot in the 48th minute, which Marco Peli however easily saved by the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

lןןl La Coconeta's Gerardo Esdras got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marco Peli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Irrintzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Esdras in the 54th minute of play forced Candelaria FC's goalkeeper Marco Peli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Peli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Esdras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Gerardo Esdras left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The lןןl La Coconeta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 65thth minute of the game Gerardo Esdras who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Candelaria FC's Marco Peli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 9-0 when Gerardo Esdras sped through Candelaria FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marco Peli. Marco Peli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benigno Orlanda in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Esdras in the 89th minute of play forced Candelaria FC's goalkeeper Marco Peli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benigno Orlanda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When lןןl La Coconeta's Gerardo Esdras in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Candelaria FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 94th match minute, lןןl La Coconeta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Markel to maneuver through the defense. Facundo Vila acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 95th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Nunez Gartzea. There was no doubt that lןןl La Coconeta were the better team. lןןl La Coconeta's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
