Candelaria FC's Marco Peli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Candelaria FC from getting a goal against them. Sabin Piersic received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marco Peli came out and tried to block the shot, but Sabin Piersic slotted it home off the left post making it 1-8 in the 81st minute. Marco Peli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ryszard Borcz in the 83rd minute. When Dumitru Opincaru in the 84th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Marco Peli kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-9 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. In the 92nd minute, Lucrețiu Nicodim made a precise shot to the right of Marco Peli. Candelaria FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-10. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dumitru Opincaru during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
