Marco Peli was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gerardo Esdras showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 82 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Candelaria FC's zone, Froilan Isadore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Peli came out of the goal and Froilan Isadore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raimundo Bertol got free with Marco Peli in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Candelaria FC's Marco Peli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Candelaria FC from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle sounded lןןl La Coconeta left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Candelaria FC.
