Spectators: 7496 (Terracing: 5623, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) After having played for 3 minutes, Victor Steckens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fox Hunting Squad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Steckens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bryan Balthazar got free with Stayko Kalugerov in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stayko Kalugerov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Steckens in the 6th minute of the match. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Botev Plovdiv 1912's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mathis Verduin was slow to take the kick. During this time Fox Hunting Squad's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Mathis Verduin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Botev Plovdiv 1912's Stayko Kalugerov did a great save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Steckens in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stayko Kalugerov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 16th minute Victor Steckens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stayko Kalugerov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stayko Kalugerov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bryan Balthazar in the 18th minute. A nice corner shot did that Mathis Verduin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Stayko Kalugerov quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Victor Steckens struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Stayko Kalugerov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fox Hunting Squad. Stayko Kalugerov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bryan Balthazar in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Botev Plovdiv 1912's goal looked a bit too open when Harry Strupar came free, but Stayko Kalugerov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Botev Plovdiv 1912 getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Vasil Shterionov hit a great ball. Victor Steckens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ognyan Filipov hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Botev Plovdiv 1912's Stayko Kalugerov got control of the ball when Bryan Balthazar tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bryan Balthazar got free with Stayko Kalugerov in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mats Van Elsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toni Tagarov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the match, Fox Hunting Squad's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Hardalov came free, but Mats Van Elsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Botev Plovdiv 1912's goalkeeper Stayko Kalugerov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bryan Balthazar. 44 minutes into the match, Harry Strupar dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Stayko Kalugerov, 1-0. Stayko Kalugerov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Steckens's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Hardalov to strike the kick off in the second half. Bryan Balthazar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stayko Kalugerov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. In the 58th minute of the match Fox Hunting Squad got a corner. Botev Plovdiv 1912's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mathis Verduin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fox Hunting Squad's Tjorven Van Achter was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Stayko Kalugerov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Victor Steckens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Stayko Kalugerov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 62 played minutes Botev Plovdiv 1912 got a freekick which was hit by Toni Tagarov. 62 minutes into the game, Bryan Balthazar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Stayko Kalugerov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 69th minute, Toni Tagarov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Fox Hunting Squad's Bart-Jan Allaert got a free kick in the 71st minute. Victor Steckens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stayko Kalugerov having to interfere. Stayko Kalugerov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bryan Balthazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stayko Kalugerov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bryan Balthazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After some careless play in the Botev Plovdiv 1912 defense, Bryan Balthazar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stayko Kalugerov. The Botev Plovdiv 1912 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stayko Kalugerov should have stopped the shot. In the 94th minute Bryan Balthazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stayko Kalugerov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
