They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stefan Fikus to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Bernard Kowalski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Catalonia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
