The audience was convinced that Peter Björkman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Michal Praženica was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. After 8 minutes FC DAC 1904's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Greger Rudkvist who took care of the corner kick. 9 minutes into the game, Greger Rudkvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Michal Praženica was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hans Westerstrand's late challenge caught a FC DAC 1904's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hans Westerstrand helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC DAC 1904 booed when FC Blueskatterna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans Westerstrand didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michal Praženica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvin Forsberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 17 minutes of play, FC Blueskatterna's Peter Björkman made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Michal Praženica was left in no man's land by his defense there! Esbjörn Hybbert hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, FC DAC 1904's goalkeeper Michal Praženica had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ludwig Lindström. Michal Praženica made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Ludwig Lindström sent off a good shot on target. Greger Rudkvist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Michal Praženica came out and tried to block the shot, but Greger Rudkvist slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 32nd minute. After 37 played minutes FC DAC 1904 got a freekick which was hit by Marek Šišolák. Michal Praženica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Björkman in the 38th minute of play. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 72nd minute, Stano Mojsej hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ludwig Lindström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC DAC 1904's Michal Praženica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Greger Rudkvist in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Peter Björkman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Michal Praženica. FC DAC 1904's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peter Björkman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Michal Praženica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Björkman in the 87th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Björkman in the 91st minute of play forced FC DAC 1904's goalkeeper Michal Praženica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of FC Blueskatterna booed when FC DAC 1904 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marek Šišolák didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Blueskatterna fully deserved thier win.
