The Despidida AFC fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Despidida AFC's Donato Bero looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Michal Praženica made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donato Bero in the 15th minute. Isaias Oihan kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bohdan Tilinger in the 18th minute of play forced Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Edelmiro Haimar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michal Praženica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Bero in the 21st minute of play. Michal Praženica made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carolo Xabel in the 23rd minute. Donato Bero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Michal Praženica made a huge save. In the 25th match minute, Despidida AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Firmo to maneuver through the defense. Edelmiro Haimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Török in the 27th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, FC DAC 1904's goalkeeper Michal Praženica had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carolo Xabel. 30 minutes into the match, FC DAC 1904's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Abella came free, but Michal Praženica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marek Šišolák hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Santiago Diagur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marek Klingáčik charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marek Klingáčik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A hard shot 40 in the game by Carolo Xabel from a close distance when the talented Michal Praženica managed to make a qualified save. FC DAC 1904's players were relieved. Donato Bero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Michal Praženica made a huge save. Michal Praženica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Diagur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC DAC 1904's Michal Praženica proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save FC DAC 1904 from getting a goal against them. Michal Praženica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Abella in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Donato Bero to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Carolo Xabel put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Michal Praženica. Michal Praženica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Diagur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michal Praženica stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Santiago Diagur's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Santiago Diagur put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Michal Praženica. In the 58th minute, FC DAC 1904's Viktor Ďurkovič seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Viktor Ďurkovič the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC DAC 1904 protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Viktor Ďurkovič had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Donato Bero took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Michal Praženica. Michal Praženica dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Isaias Oihan kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Róbert Vácval kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Michal Praženica came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Despidida AFC's Donato Bero. But to his dismay, Donato Bero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. After a rather tough play, Despidida AFC's Isaias Oihan got a free kick in the 74th minute. Michal Praženica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Bero, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After having played for 82 minutes, Donato Bero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Despidida AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donato Bero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Róbert Vácval during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Despidida AFC booed when FC DAC 1904 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Róbert Vácval didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michal Praženica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Abella in the 84th minute of play. Michal Praženica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Bero in the 86th minute of the match. After 87 played minutes FC DAC 1904 got a freekick which was hit by Róbert Vácval. In the 88th minute Marco Abella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michal Praženica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michal Praženica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Bero in the 95th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Despidida AFC had played much better football throughout.
