Spectators: 7515 (Terracing: 5637, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Franklin Araújo got the match started through his kick off. Gavião Kyikatejê were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Davie McWhirter took the corner. The corner ended in Davie McWhirter almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Wesley Quadros did a great save. In the 9th match minute, Gavião Kyikatejê was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Colin Booth to maneuver through the defense. The throw-in from Nando Veiga in the 12th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Gavião Kyikatejê's Robin Laidlaw. After 13 played minutes Gavião Kyikatejê got a freekick which was hit by Lloyd McCodrum. João Vítor Bittencourt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Vítor Bittencourt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wesley Quadros having to make a save. 21 minutes into the match, Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Wesley Quadros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by João Vítor Bittencourt. Gavião Kyikatejê's Rod Devlin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franklin Araújo in the 23rd minute of play. João Vítor Bittencourt in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Wesley Quadros, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Wesley Quadros was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and João Vítor Bittencourt capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. João Vítor Bittencourt really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After some careless play in the Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ defense, João Vítor Bittencourt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wesley Quadros. The Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wesley Quadros should have stopped the shot. Wesley Quadros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Vítor Bittencourt in the 33rd minute of play. Wesley Quadros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Vítor Bittencourt, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. With a little luck, Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Wesley Quadros got control of the ball when João Vítor Bittencourt tried to sneak it across the goal line. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Davie McWhirter was slow to take the kick. During this time Gavião Kyikatejê's players had a chance to rest. Gavião Kyikatejê's Davie McWhirter was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Wesley Quadros in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. João Vítor Bittencourt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Wesley Quadros made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for João Vítor Bittencourt to strike the kick off in the second half. When João Vítor Bittencourt came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Gavião Kyikatejê fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Vítor Bittencourt couldn't finish the play. In the 57th minute of the match Gavião Kyikatejê got a corner. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Davie McWhirter ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 67 minutes of play, Gavião Kyikatejê's João Vítor Bittencourt made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wesley Quadros was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wesley Quadros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Vítor Bittencourt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Wesley Quadros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Vítor Bittencourt in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute, João Vítor Bittencourt made a precise shot to the right of Wesley Quadros. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. 79 minutes into the game, Charlie Swan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gavião Kyikatejê's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ the free kick. After 79 played minutes Gavião Kyikatejê got a freekick which was hit by Charlie Swan. If Ramón Nogueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Fabinho Berger sped through Gavião Kyikatejê's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rod Devlin. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Gavião Kyikatejê fans cheered their team off the field, for while Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
