If Thys Van Bockorst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 5 minutes of play, ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Patrick Trevisan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Waut Goons was left in no man's land by his defense there! Patrick Trevisan took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waut Goons. Waut Goons dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Waut Goons came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Thomás de Sousa. But to his dismay, Thomás de Sousa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Fabien Barthez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hans Van Der Meren went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Trevisan in the 19th minute of play forced Sporting Mambo's goalkeeper Waut Goons to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 20 played minutes Sporting Mambo got a freekick which was hit by Harold Engelborgh. Glen de Pelsmaecker hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute, Patrick Trevisan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Patrick Trevisan took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waut Goons. Waut Goons dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. Waut Goons didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patrick Trevisan went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. Patrick Trevisan scored 1-7 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Waut Goons, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Etienne Ottevaere fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sporting Mambo's protests and gave Etienne Ottevaere a yellow card for diving instead. Sporting Mambo's Waut Goons played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Trevisan in the 43rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Erivaldo Campidelis got a free kick in the 47th minute. Fabien Barthez acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 47th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Hans Van Der Meren. Disappointed in the 1-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Harold Engelborgh made a kick off. Waut Goons was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cléber Simões showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-8 in the 53 minute of play. Thomás de Sousa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Waut Goons came out and tried to block the shot, but Thomás de Sousa slotted it home off the left post making it 1-9 in the 56th minute. Waut Goons was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Patrick Trevisan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-10 in the 60 minute of play. In the 65th minute, ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Patrick Trevisan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-11. After 68 minutes of play, ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Patrick Trevisan made it 1-12 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Waut Goons was left in no man's land by his defense there! A hard shot by Jonathan Hakimi from long distance, 73 minutes into the match, got Waut Goons's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 74th minute Emerson Sheikh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waut Goons saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, one of Sporting Mambo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ a penalty, 77 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cléber Simões, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sporting Mambo's Waut Goons. 1-13. Thomás de Sousa took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waut Goons. Waut Goons dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-14. In the 87th minute Emerson Sheikh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waut Goons saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sporting Mambo's Waut Goons played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Trevisan in the 89th minute of play. Rafael Sobis scored 1-15 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Waut Goons, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Waut Goons was a little too slow when Patrick Trevisan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 1-16. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patrick Trevisan got free with Waut Goons in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 97th minute, Patrick Trevisan made a precise shot to the right of Waut Goons. Sporting Mambo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-17.
