Waut Goons was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ladislao Columbo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Waut Goons made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Van Der Meren in the 27th minute of play forced Granate's goalkeeper Jonathan Palmquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sporting Mambo's Waut Goons proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Sporting Mambo from getting a goal against them. Waut Goons stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernan Chepe's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Van Der Meren in the 44th minute of play forced Granate's goalkeeper Jonathan Palmquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute Yoachim Fondria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Palmquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Waut Goons made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernan Chepe in the 51st minute of play. After having played for 58 minutes, Ladislao Columbo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Granate's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ladislao Columbo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Waut Goons took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Columbo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Palmquist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yoachim Fondria in the 62nd minute. In the 63rdth minute of the game Harold Engelborgh who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Granate's Jonathan Palmquist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 68th minute Fabio Lore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waut Goons saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Granate's goalkeeper Jonathan Palmquist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yoachim Fondria. Waut Goons was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonathan Palmquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thys Van Bockorst, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After some careless play in the Sporting Mambo defense, Fabio Lore kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Waut Goons. The Sporting Mambo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waut Goons should have stopped the shot. There was no doubt that Granate were the better team. Granate's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
