Arnoldo Nikola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pierre-Emmanuel Voisin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Uriel Iratzeder made a huge save. Tiburcio Basajaun hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Sabri Fouquet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Horacio Nisio went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Jean-Michel Blandin hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pierre-Emmanuel Voisin was the one to do the kick off.
