Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pierre-Emmanuel Voisin to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pierre-Emmanuel Voisin got free with Hugo Cedro in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jean-Michel Blandin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute Amador Gabrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabri Fouquet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sabri Fouquet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Sobera in the 87th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Jean-Michel Blandin managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Pointe Courte's supporters rose to their feet, but Jean-Michel Blandin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hugo Cedro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team.
