An unexpectedly hard shot by Marius Levința in the 16th minute of play forced Pombal 2003 F.C.'s goalkeeper Luiz Fabiano de Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Onur Candar kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Pombal 2003 F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Marius Levința came free, but Luiz Fabiano de Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marius Levința took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luiz Fabiano de Lima. In the 31st minute of the match Onur Candar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Remus Oprișan skillfully saved the ball. If Hermínio Moraes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute of the match Vlashers got a corner. Pombal 2003 F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Romeo Giurăscu ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Romeo Giurăscu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pombal 2003 F.C.'s Luiz Fabiano de Lima did a great save. Sebastian Zieba scored 1-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Remus Oprișan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 43rd minute, Nechifor Cosor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remus Oprișan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Di Yuan Liang in the 46th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marius Levința to make the kick off. In the 50th match minute, Pombal 2003 F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermínio Moraes to maneuver through the defense. Luiz Fabiano de Lima made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Marius Levința sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Di Yuan Liang in the 58th minute of play forced Vlashers's goalkeeper Remus Oprișan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dorel Petcu kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Vlashers's goal looked a bit too open when Di Yuan Liang came free, but Remus Oprișan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vlashers's Remus Oprișan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermínio Moraes in the 67th minute of play. Hermínio Moraes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remus Oprișan having to interfere. The supporters of Vlashers booed when Pombal 2003 F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Onur Candar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute, Filip Urseanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Zieba might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Remus Oprișan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastian Zieba ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Vlashers's Nechifor Cosor got a free kick in the 87th minute. After having played for 92 minutes, Marius Levința managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vlashers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marius Levința was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 93 minutes, Hermínio Moraes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pombal 2003 F.C. and the Vlashers players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Pombal 2003 F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Vlashers's performance. The match ended with a win for Vlashers.
