When Robert Jităreanu came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Tutor Militari fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Jităreanu couldn't finish the play. In the 7thth minute of the game Celedonio Orixe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tutor Militari's Jokūbas Gott was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costel Unciuleanu in the 9th minute of play forced FC Kopenalguen's goalkeeper Constantino Herena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Robert Jităreanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute, Costel Unciuleanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Constantino Herena was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. With a little luck, FC Kopenalguen's Constantino Herena got control of the ball when Costel Unciuleanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Constantino Herena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Jităreanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Tutor Militari booed when FC Kopenalguen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Montrell didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute, Costel Unciuleanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Constantino Herena was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Costel Unciuleanu got free with Constantino Herena in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Costel Unciuleanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantino Herena having to interfere. Constantino Herena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Jităreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. FC Kopenalguen's Constantino Herena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Jităreanu in the 38th minute of play. Darwin Nunez-Tesheira's late challenge caught a FC Kopenalguen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Darwin Nunez-Tesheira helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th match minute, Tutor Militari was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darwin Nunez-Tesheira to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to FC Kopenalguen getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Apolo Quentin hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robert Jităreanu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Costel Unciuleanu struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Constantino Herena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tutor Militari. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert Jităreanu in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Constantino Herena saved FC Kopenalguen from getting behind. After 62 played minutes FC Kopenalguen got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Sadurni. After having played for 63 minutes, Robert Jităreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tutor Militari's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Jităreanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Robert Jităreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tutor Militari's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Jităreanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Constantino Herena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Costel Unciuleanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 83 minutes, Bruno Maiorga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Kopenalguen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Maiorga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 86 minutes of play FC Kopenalguen's Apolo Quentin was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The FC Kopenalguen fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when FC Kopenalguen's Celedonio Orixe looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Constantino Herena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costel Unciuleanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Constantino Herena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costel Unciuleanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tutor Militari fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Kopenalguen had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
