Celso Demario was a little too slow when Maurício de Lara got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 1-0. Marcelo Cordarius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrinho de Queirós having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Sandrinho Godoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Moises Shantala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 34th minute of the game. One of Alfa FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Juventud Antoniana:s goal. In the 35th minute there was a penalty for Juventud Antoniana. Juventud Antoniana had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
