With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ruperto Bastia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 9th minute of the match Juventud Antoniana got a corner. MDQ Raptors FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eliseo Ricart ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 13th minute, Higinio Tximitx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabio Canor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Celso Demario made a huge save. Ruperto Bastia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Cordarius in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Fabio Canor reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Celso Demario. The goal made the score 1-0. MDQ Raptors FC's Ruperto Bastia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Shantala in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Fabio Canor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 42 minutes, Wilfredo Bela mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Juventud Antoniana and the MDQ Raptors FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alejandro Medina hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. A collision led to Juventud Antoniana getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Wilfredo Bela hit a great ball. Fabio Canor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Celso Demario made a huge save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Moises Shantala could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Ruperto Bastia made a huge save. 53 minutes into the match, Fabio Canor notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Juventud Antoniana's Celso Demario. Celso Demario was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fabio Canor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68thth minute of the game Fabio Canor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juventud Antoniana's Celso Demario was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Juventud Antoniana getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Moises Shantala hit a great ball. After 73 minutes, Aaron Neron mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MDQ Raptors FC and the Juventud Antoniana players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Juventud Antoniana booed when MDQ Raptors FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Neron didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moises Shantala could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Ruperto Bastia made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mauro Fernado during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 91 played minutes MDQ Raptors FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Canor. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. MDQ Raptors FC had won after a very even match.
