Spectators: 7520 (Terracing: 5641, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Moises Shantala kicked off to start the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thiago Damião in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celso Demario saved Juventud Antoniana from getting behind. After 4 minutes, Kaká Goiano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AF CERRADO and the Juventud Antoniana players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 4 played minutes AF CERRADO got a freekick which was hit by Kaká Goiano. Sandrinho Sabóia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Shantala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th minute Marcelo Cordarius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandrinho Sabóia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Juventud Antoniana's goalkeeper Celso Demario had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kaká Goiano. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Thiago Damião sped through Juventud Antoniana's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Celso Demario. After 14th play minutes Thiago Damião shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Celso Demario and just under the crossbar into goal. Moises Shantala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandrinho Sabóia having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Ademar Dantas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute of the match, Kaká Goiano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Celso Demario saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sandrinho Sabóia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Fernado in the 27th minute of the match. After 30 minutes, Joel Gerber mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AF CERRADO and the Juventud Antoniana players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th minute, Joel Gerber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joel Gerber got his second yellow card in the match during the 32nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, AF CERRADO's Joel Gerber got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Sandrinho Sabóia came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Juventud Antoniana's Moises Shantala. But to his dismay, Moises Shantala quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 51st minute, Moises Shantala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kaká Goiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Celso Demario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juventud Antoniana's Celso Demario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaká Goiano in the 56th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Juventud Antoniana's zone, Kaká Goiano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celso Demario came out of the goal and Kaká Goiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 60 minutes, Kaká Goiano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AF CERRADO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kaká Goiano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mauro Fernado received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sandrinho Sabóia came out and tried to block the shot, but Mauro Fernado slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 64th minute. Kaká Goiano might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Celso Demario. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kaká Goiano ran back to his position shaking his head. Celso Demario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Schmidt, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. AF CERRADO's Kaká Goiano got his second yellow card of the match in the 69th minute. The referee ordered Kaká Goiano off the ground. After a rather tough play, AF CERRADO's Kaká Goiano got a free kick in the 70th minute. After 76 played minutes AF CERRADO got a freekick which was hit by Thiago Damião. Sandrinho Sabóia made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Moises Shantala sent off a good shot on target. In the 86th minute, Tomás Schmidt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celso Demario was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. After 90 minutes AF CERRADO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eliseo Ricart who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Eliseo Ricart almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AF CERRADO's Sandrinho Sabóia did a great save. Ademar Dantas's late challenge caught a Juventud Antoniana's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ademar Dantas helped the player get up and apologised. Ademar Dantas kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match.
