Manoel Loarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Fernando Moreno, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. The audience was convinced that Chico de Azevedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manoel Loarte was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. With a little luck, TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Vito Furlan got control of the ball when Betadur Medel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Manoel Loarte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Didi Prado went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Manoel Loarte came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Carlos Fernando Moreno. But to his dismay, Carlos Fernando Moreno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Didi Prado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manoel Loarte having to interfere. After some careless play in the Montevideo City Torque defense, Didi Prado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manoel Loarte. The Montevideo City Torque fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manoel Loarte should have stopped the shot. 31 minutes into the match, Montevideo City Torque's goal looked a bit too open when Dobrašin Nevin came free, but Manoel Loarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 31 minutes of play, TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Didi Prado made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manoel Loarte was left in no man's land by his defense there! 34 minutes into the game, Albertinho Vargas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Montevideo City Torque the free kick. Albertinho Vargas hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Júlio Batista got a free kick in the 36th minute. Montevideo City Torque's Manoel Loarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chico de Azevedo in the 39th minute of play. Manoel Loarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chico de Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 42nd minute, Chico de Azevedo made a precise shot to the right of Manoel Loarte. Montevideo City Torque's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Carlos Fernando Moreno got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Didi Prado to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Gaspar Sancibrao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Didi Prado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Manoel Loarte made a huge save. Manoel Loarte came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Didi Prado. But to his dismay, Didi Prado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. If Carlos Fernando Moreno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manoel Loarte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chico de Azevedo in the 64th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Montevideo City Torque's zone, Albertinho Vargas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manoel Loarte came out of the goal and Albertinho Vargas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chico de Azevedo got free with Manoel Loarte in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Didi Prado in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
