Vladko Karakashev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christiano Trevisan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Camilo Rio went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camilo Rio got free with Christiano Trevisan in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wilian de Almeida's late challenge caught a La MaKina del Parque's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilian de Almeida helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Morro Grande E.C's Wilian de Almeida got a free kick in the 9th minute. After 14 played minutes Morro Grande E.C got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Sá. 15 minutes into the match, Ladislao Caetano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christiano Trevisan. Morro Grande E.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ladislao Caetano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The audience was convinced that Camilo Rio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christiano Trevisan was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Camilo Rio managed to get in a good position for a shot. La MaKina del Parque's supporters rose to their feet, but Camilo Rio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christiano Trevisan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christiano Trevisan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Urtungo in the 23rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Camilo Rio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Christiano Trevisan. That made the score 4-0 in the 32 minute of play. Camilo Rio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Christiano Trevisan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Morro Grande E.C's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Rio came free, but Christiano Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Elói Penha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Morro Grande E.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La MaKina del Parque the free kick. After a rather tough play, Morro Grande E.C's Elói Penha got a free kick in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the game, Camilo Rio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Christiano Trevisan. Camilo Rio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camilo Rio in the 45th minute of play forced Morro Grande E.C's goalkeeper Christiano Trevisan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonel Donatello stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of La MaKina del Parque booed when Morro Grande E.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elói Penha didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th match minute, La MaKina del Parque was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Lizer to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Sven-Olof Hamberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 67 minutes into the game, Jorginho Mazza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Morro Grande E.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La MaKina del Parque the free kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Camilo Rio in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christiano Trevisan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The La MaKina del Parque fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when La MaKina del Parque's Camilo Rio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 77th minute, Camilo Rio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. José Pedro Abraão hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Morro Grande E.C's goalkeeper Christiano Trevisan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Christiano Trevisan came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by La MaKina del Parque's Ladislao Caetano. But to his dismay, Ladislao Caetano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camilo Rio in the 89th minute of play forced Morro Grande E.C's goalkeeper Christiano Trevisan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samuel Urtungo kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Morro Grande E.C players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for La MaKina del Parque.
