Leonel Donatello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Shane Brindley made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilian de Almeida in the 11th minute. Juventus Telford's Shane Brindley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorginho Mazza in the 13th minute of play. Alastair Wishart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Morro Grande E.C's Christiano Trevisan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alastair Wishart in the 25th minute of play. Christiano Trevisan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Crabtree, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Daniel Crabtree scored 0-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christiano Trevisan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Alastair Wishart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christiano Trevisan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Crabtree went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. When Morro Grande E.C's Leonel Donatello in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Juventus Telford's goalie prevented a goal. The Morro Grande E.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Juventus Telford were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonel Donatello stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Barney Garner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christiano Trevisan was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Alastair Wishart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christiano Trevisan having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Morro Grande E.C's goal looked a bit too open when Alastair Wishart came free, but Christiano Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Crabtree sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 64 minutes into the game, Daniel Crabtree cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Christiano Trevisan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 69th minute, Vince Nicoll hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juventus Telford's Shane Brindley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elói Penha in the 70th minute of play. Alastair Wishart recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute, Jorge Sá hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th match minute, Juventus Telford was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vince Nicoll to maneuver through the defense. Wilian de Almeida struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Shane Brindley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Morro Grande E.C. If Daniel Crabtree had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Leonel Donatello came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Morro Grande E.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonel Donatello couldn't finish the play. Juventus Telford's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
