Johnathan Blewett dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Lewis Greenwood kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Andy Carroll shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shane Brindley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Johnathan Blewett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Crabtree went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 19th minute, Daniel Crabtree got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 20 minutes into the game, Barney Garner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juventus Telford's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Osfinch FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Juventus Telford's Barney Garner got a free kick in the 20th minute. Shane Brindley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andy Carroll in the 21st minute of the match. The supporters of Juventus Telford booed when Osfinch FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lewis Greenwood didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juventus Telford's Shane Brindley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andy Carroll in the 24th minute of play. Juventus Telford's Daniel Crabtree got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Shane Brindley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andy Carroll, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Johnathan Blewett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Crabtree went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. A collision led to Osfinch FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Lewis Greenwood hit a great ball. Teddy Winter was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 39th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Carroll in the 45th minute of play forced Juventus Telford's goalkeeper Shane Brindley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute Trevor Wells shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shane Brindley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andy Carroll was the one to do the kick off. The referee showed Andy Carroll the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute Andy Carroll shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shane Brindley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 89 minutes Juventus Telford's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Felix Tuck who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Felix Tuck almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Juventus Telford's Shane Brindley did a great save. After having played for 89 minutes, Mickey Rothwell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Osfinch FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mickey Rothwell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Shane Brindley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trevor Wells, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Juventus Telford players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
