After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Edgard Sedeni managed to get in a good position for a shot. KPO BIZARRO's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgard Sedeni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arsenio Maiorga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of LTA FC booed when KPO BIZARRO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Di Cesare didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Ivan Bernad's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fulgencio Larpe was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. An unexpected shot in the 24th minute by Máximo Cabezon got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Máximo Cabezon came free with the goalkeeper in the 24th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Arsenio Maiorga could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Palermo in the 30th minute of play forced KPO BIZARRO's goalkeeper Fulgencio Larpe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to LTA FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Rodrigo Braña hit a great ball. In the 45th minute, Ivan Bernad left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LTA FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martin Palermo to make the kick off. Máximo Cabezon scored 1-3 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arsenio Maiorga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When David Esiquio fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LTA FC's protests and gave David Esiquio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 65th minute, Rodrigo Braña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. LTA FC's Virgilio Oton was substituted for Ivan Bernad. Rodrigo Braña hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. LTA FC's Arsenio Maiorga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Máximo Cabezon in the 68th minute of play. The supporters of KPO BIZARRO booed when LTA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregorio Castulo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arsenio Maiorga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavio Beltran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Virgilio Oton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Fulgencio Larpe made a huge save. Arsenio Maiorga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Máximo Cabezon in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Teo Martxelin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis Petri took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fulgencio Larpe. Fulgencio Larpe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. A throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game was made by Nunez Patrido with Adrian Martinez as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 84 played minutes KPO BIZARRO got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Fernández. LTA FC's Virgilio Oton was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 95th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. LTA FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
