Placido Santana came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Viola Invest's Florin Răducioiu. But to his dismay, Florin Răducioiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Adolfo Etxepare took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavius Izbașa. Flavius Izbașa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 37th minute, Anier Lucero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute Flavio Pacorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavius Izbașa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Coupon Busters II AR's Gonzalo Crispo got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valentin Duardo to make the kick off. A collision led to Viola Invest getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Gelu Covaci hit a great ball. 52 minutes into the match, Viola Invest's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Etxepare came free, but Flavius Izbașa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th match minute, Coupon Busters II AR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Quexal to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes into the match, Coupon Busters II AR's goal looked a bit too open when Nae Bărboianu came free, but Placido Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nae Bărboianu during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Viola Invest getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Nae Bărboianu hit a great ball. 94 minutes into the game, Gelu Covaci cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Placido Santana was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Despite being the better team, Coupon Busters II AR failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
