With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flavius Izbașa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gartzi Domingo in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavius Izbașa saved Viola Invest from getting behind. A collision led to Viola Invest getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Victor Armanca hit a great ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 17 minutes into the game, when Martin Bilașco put in a rough tackle. The supporters of ALIANZA 1901 booed when Viola Invest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Bilașco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Azibar Herreras's late challenge caught a Viola Invest's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Azibar Herreras helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to ALIANZA 1901 getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Azibar Herreras hit a great ball. Pancho Tabernilla hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, Florin Răducioiu fired a really elegant long shot, but Pitin Baños threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. In the 25th match minute, Viola Invest was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Teodoreanu to maneuver through the defense. ALIANZA 1901's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when George Teodoreanu scored to the left of an out of position Pitin Baños, making the score, 2-0. When George Teodoreanu fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Viola Invest's protests and gave George Teodoreanu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 32nd match minute, Viola Invest was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Teodoreanu to maneuver through the defense. The attack was good, but when Gartzi Domingo in the 35th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Nae Bărboianu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Viola Invest's Florin Răducioiu got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Mihail Bologa hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After 56 minutes, Diegotxe Pujals mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ALIANZA 1901 and the Viola Invest players grew even worse after the yellow card. 56 minutes into the game, one of ALIANZA 1901:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Pitin Baños had in the 57thth minute some difficulties stopping Florin Răducioiu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 61st minute, Porfirio Regulez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nae Bărboianu in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pitin Baños saved ALIANZA 1901 from getting behind. ALIANZA 1901's Pitin Baños played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florin Răducioiu in the 72nd minute of play. Flavius Izbașa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Veremundo Varona in the 74th minute of the match. George Teodoreanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pitin Baños having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, ALIANZA 1901's goal looked a bit too open when Florin Răducioiu came free, but Pitin Baños reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gartzi Domingo got free with Flavius Izbașa in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 88 minutes, Dorin Proca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Viola Invest and the ALIANZA 1901 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Viola Invest's Dorin Proca got a free kick in the 89th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Viola Invest's goalkeeper Flavius Izbașa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gartzi Domingo. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Viola Invest were victorious despite being under pressure from ALIANZA 1901 for much of the match.
