The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hílton Penha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Ciro Ostadar made a huge save. Ciro Ostadar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zavier Collado in the 12th minute of the match. After 17 minutes of play, Birra Cultura F.C's Zavier Collado made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciro Ostadar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ciro Ostadar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hílton Penha in the 22nd minute. alvarado's Ciro Ostadar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zavier Collado in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute of the match, Hílton Penha got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ciro Ostadar was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. alvarado's Donato Ihintza got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 32 minutes into the match, alvarado's goal looked a bit too open when Hílton Penha came free, but Ciro Ostadar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Braulio Laurentzi fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. In the 38th minute Donato Ihintza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cruz Cañizares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zemario Ballugera hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After 45 played minutes Birra Cultura F.C got a freekick which was hit by Zavier Collado. Cruz Cañizares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquilino Txartiko, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Abel Bordat made the kick off in the second half. alvarado's Ciro Ostadar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hílton Penha in the 55th minute of play. Aquilino Txartiko charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aquilino Txartiko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, alvarado's Aquilino Txartiko got a free kick in the 96th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched alvarado eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
