Luiz Fernando Severo kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, CA Trapito's goalkeeper Ernesto Osasun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ulisses da Mata. José Maria Pontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Garci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute, COURO COME FC's Hélio Furtado seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Hélio Furtado the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of COURO COME FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Hélio Furtado had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 21st minute, one of COURO COME FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for COURO COME FC. In the 28th minute Jose Romildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Maria Pontes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ariel Ritchie got free in front of the goal in the 32nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. José Maria Pontes was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. COURO COME FC's José Maria Pontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Garci in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, COURO COME FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Romildo came free, but José Maria Pontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to CA Trapito getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Erasmo Guillelmus hit a great ball. If Ulisses da Mata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Ulisses da Mata made the kick off in the second half. Erasmo Guillelmus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but José Maria Pontes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, Ulisses da Mata cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ernesto Osasun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 63 minutes into the match, CA Trapito's goal looked a bit too open when Bata Palma came free, but Ernesto Osasun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 63 played minutes CA Trapito got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Beturian. Ernesto Osasun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bata Palma's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. 66 minutes into the match, COURO COME FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Beturian came free, but José Maria Pontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Álvaro Neiva kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. CA Trapito's Flavio Calvet was substituted for Arturo Beturian. CA Trapito's Pedro Calvino was substituted for Jonas Ganix. After 72 played minutes COURO COME FC got a freekick which was hit by Ulisses da Mata. José Maria Pontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Calvino in the 73rd minute of the match. Bata Palma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Garci in the 81st minute of play forced COURO COME FC's goalkeeper José Maria Pontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bata Palma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Osasun having to interfere. COURO COME FC's Duarte Mineiro was substituted for Emirhan Sultani. In the 88th minute Nando Ceresso suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. In the 88th minute, Flavio Calvet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, CA Trapito's Flavio Calvet got a free kick in the 89th minute. José Maria Pontes was a little too slow when Pedro Calvino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 1-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. CA Trapito walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
