Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s Gogo Firmin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miltos Theriaklis in the 9th minute of play. Gogo Firmin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giannis Papakostopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miltiadis Egomitis kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. The supporters of Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√ booed when Go Ahead Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miltiadis Egomitis didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Go Ahead Eagles getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Vaios Sakoulidis hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Ourente in the 24th minute of play forced Go Ahead Eagles's goalkeeper Themistoklis Charalambakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Themistoklis Charalambakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Ourente in the 24th minute of play. David Tello kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Miltos Theriaklis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 33 minutes, David Tello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s supporters crossed their fingers, but David Tello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baldomero Gumaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Themistoklis Charalambakis having to interfere. Lucio Ourente took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Themistoklis Charalambakis. Themistoklis Charalambakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucio Ourente to strike the kick off in the second half. Baldomero Gumaro struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Themistoklis Charalambakis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√. The supporters of Go Ahead Eagles booed when Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cleto Txartiko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute, Stelios Panagiotidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute, Cleto Txartiko reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Themistoklis Charalambakis. The goal made the score 0-3. Lucio Ourente blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Themistoklis Charalambakis having to make a save. Stelios Panagiotidis hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute, Lucio Ourente ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Themistoklis Charalambakis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√ played a much better game than Go Ahead Eagles and deserved their victory. The Go Ahead Eagles players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
