In the 5th minute Jailson de Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giannis Papadosifakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 7 played minutes GOD OF WAR got a freekick which was hit by Thanasis Toris. Giannis Papadosifakis came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Zuera Never End MZC's Jailson de Amaral. But to his dismay, Jailson de Amaral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 13 played minutes GOD OF WAR got a freekick which was hit by Konstantinos Kounenakis. 15 minutes into the game, Jailson de Amaral cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Giannis Papadosifakis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fragiskos Bouzios struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Santo Everton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GOD OF WAR. In the 23rd minute, Cherif Gomez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Zuera Never End MZC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fragiskos Bouzios was slow to take the kick. During this time GOD OF WAR's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to GOD OF WAR getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Theocharis Dousis hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in GOD OF WAR's zone, Jailson de Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giannis Papadosifakis came out of the goal and Jailson de Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thanasis Toris in the 35th minute of play forced Zuera Never End MZC's goalkeeper Santo Everton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santo Everton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Argyris Staboulis in the 37th minute. In the 42nd match minute, GOD OF WAR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fragiskos Bouzios to maneuver through the defense. After 44 played minutes Zuera Never End MZC got a freekick which was hit by Adilson Souza. Giannis Papadosifakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jailson de Amaral in the 46th minute of play. After the first half Zuera Never End MZC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jailson de Amaral to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Fondas Katralikakis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GOD OF WAR and the Zuera Never End MZC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 52nd minute, Fondas Katralikakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 53rd match minute, Zuera Never End MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Cardoso to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th match minute, Zuera Never End MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Arósio to maneuver through the defense. Giannis Papadosifakis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jailson de Amaral went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. When Anthimos Stratoulis fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GOD OF WAR's protests and gave Anthimos Stratoulis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th match minute, GOD OF WAR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthimos Stratoulis to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the game, Charis Kastanos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GOD OF WAR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zuera Never End MZC the free kick. In the 70th match minute, GOD OF WAR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charis Kastanos to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Jailson de Amaral put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Giannis Papadosifakis. In the 74th minute, GOD OF WAR's Fragiskos Bouzios seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Fragiskos Bouzios the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of GOD OF WAR protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fragiskos Bouzios had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 82nd minute, Jailson de Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute Konstantinos Kounenakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Everton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Oscar Prestes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Giannis Papadosifakis. The goal made the score 2-7. In the 93rd match minute, Zuera Never End MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jailson de Amaral to maneuver through the defense. Santo Everton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantinos Kounenakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. Zuera Never End MZC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
