Spectators: 7536 (Terracing: 5653, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hamílton Proença started the match with the kick off. Yan Pirani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joris Dhondt, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 7th minute, Philipp Raemakers made a precise shot to the right of Yan Pirani. RÖK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 11 minutes of play, AFC Koolkerke's Joris Dhondt made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yan Pirani was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yan Pirani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philipp Raemakers in the 19th minute of play. Philipp Raemakers hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Joris Dhondt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yan Pirani having to interfere. Philipp Raemakers kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Hamílton Proença shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jannis Roeland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Philipp Raemakers struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Yan Pirani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC Koolkerke. 35 minutes into the match, RÖK's goal looked a bit too open when Joris Dhondt came free, but Yan Pirani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joris Dhondt in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yan Pirani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joris Dhondt in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yan Pirani saved RÖK from getting behind. In the 42nd match minute, RÖK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by César de Barros to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

RÖK's Yan Pirani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joris Dhondt in the 54th minute of play. AFC Koolkerke's Joris Dhondt got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. AFC Koolkerke were furious when Jakob Viskens was red carded, 67 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 67th minute of the game. One of AFC Koolkerke:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of RÖK:s goal. In the 74th minute César de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jannis Roeland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 76 minutes, Júlio Varela managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RÖK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Júlio Varela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, AFC Koolkerke's Joerie Fossaert got a free kick in the 79th minute. RÖK's Wesley Sena got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yan Pirani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joris Dhondt, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. César de Barros was shown his second yellow card after 85 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of AFC Koolkerke booed when RÖK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. César de Barros didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th match minute, AFC Koolkerke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathieu-Maxim Van Leempten to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle went the supporters of AFC Koolkerke were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant RÖK side.
